Education is a key component of physical fitness. We want to help you acquire the knowledge and understanding of how to obtain the skills and values of regular participation in physical activity, and how to adopt habits of a healthier lifestyle by staying active with fun activities to keep your body going.


The power of motivation plays an important role in physical fitness. Motivation stems from desire and ambition. It is important to be self-motivated but also to have a support system to motivate you when yours runs out. That is what we are here for!

Bring People Together

Tallahassee is full of natural beauty and many fitness options that are often under-appreciated. We want to bring people out to participate and experience all of the beauty that Tallahassee has to offer.

Host Workouts & Events

Getting involved in the community helps build connections and friendships. We want to connect with the community through the joy of fitness and local events. Stay active with Fit Tallahassee with fun activities and get a chance to meet new people.
