The Love Life Wellness Summit aims to address the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle by promoting a positive frame of mind, motivation and self improvement. The event will include Presentations by Speakers that are experts in Fitness, Nutrition, Meditation, and Wellness. In addition to the presentations we will hold wellness and fitness class. All attendees will have access to a light healthy lunch buffet.
The classes will include:
Refresh Yoga Mind calming and body rejuvenation Yoga: Refresh Yoga is a yoga practice focusing on gentle body alignment coupled with deep stretching, breathing techniques and gentle meditation. Manual assistance and adjustments are offered to help your body feel even better. Guided meditation helps calming of the mind bring you clarity and focus.
Breath.. Core.. and Balance This is a progressive workout that incorporates breathing, core, and balance exercises that increase the body awareness and oxygen intake. The workout will help improve posture, circulation, and overall body strength and stability.
Dance Fitness Dance Trance is a cardio fitness dance workout for people that love dance and music. It is not a traditional dance fitness program, and covers a large variety of music styles including but not limited to Hip-hop, funk, Latin, Jazz. The DT choreography is created in a manner that allows participants to pick up combinations as they learn. The musical phrases (verses, chorus, bridge, and instrumentals) are all choreographed so that movements also repeat with the phrases.
Nutrition Workshop We will cover the basic understanding of nutrition and weight loss, along with a discussion on why we should cleanse and detox our body.
