It’s the Holidays time of the year!
Another year has almost come to and close. How has the 2013 been for you? Did you achieve what you set out to achieve this year? Is life better now then at the start of the year? I can say from first hand that making all the changes we want to make can be a challenging feat.
Have you started thinking about 2014 yet and how it will be different for you than this year? What will you do different this time around or if this year has been great, how do you plan on maintaining or reaching for the next level?
I know I’m hitting you with a lot of questions but I feel it’s important to take time and think about them. Too often people let life past them by not addressing these questions ahead of time, whether it is your health and fitness that can add value and length to your life, work and financial decisions, or relationships with those who you care for.
When we take time to think about these important aspects of our life we need to be alone in a quiet place, having the time to yourself.
Write down you thoughts, ideas, and goals. Make sure you also write down how you plan to achieve them. Set a date and stick to it. I’ll say that again, Stick to It! A good thing to do is tell a few people that are close to you and ask them to help you be accountable. We all know that the hardest part of doing anything new is starting.
Let this coming year be a year that positive life changing habits begin and never end, even if it is just one change.
Take one day at a time, but always plan a head. Joy, Good Health and Fitness, and Success can be yours if you go for it.
