Last week I wrote a blog about overreaching vs. overtraining and how knowing the signs can prevent loss of time and possibly injury. In this week’s blog, briefly, I would like to revisit overtraining as a topic from a different perspective. This series of blogs by the Perpetual Athlete will be titled “The SC geek files” where SC stands for strength and conditioning. The overall goal of this series will be to discuss research pertaining to the development of the human body.
